Launch Excellence: Drive the launch of select new products, services and solutions ensuring Region Readiness across multiple disciplines within Health Systems.
Support the solution feasibility and intake process as needed.
Lead cross functional teams for prioritized Launch projects driving Region requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
Champion the customer experience and be the voice of the Region.
Partner with NA Region Quality, Commercial Operations, and Service & Solution delivery teams.
Marketing Planning & Execution: Responsible for marketing planning, project management, and program execution efforts in the Region.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations on the annual marketing planning process.
Deliver an aligned Region strategy and activation plan.
Create and maintain the local marketing calendar based on the Health Systems Marketing Plan.
Marketing Excellence and Performance: Responsible for driving marketing excellence in the Region.
Champion simplification and continuous improvement with the deployment of guided flexible processes and marketing tools as applicable.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing program execution and project management.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred.
Experience in launching products, solutions and SaaS offerings within healthcare or medical technology.
Proven track record leading virtual cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills, aptitude for detail and an appreciation for process.
