Conduct analysis to validate business processes, data requirements, business rules, and dependencies
Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify opportunities for process automation, improvement, and increased efficiency and auditability
Work closely with the BPR team members to develop To-Be process models and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders, including USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and other JTMS contractors, to gather and validate business requirements
Provide DoW subject matter expertise in the development of enterprise level logistic system design, ensuring the functionality meets the operational needs of all stakeholders
Research and identify DOTMLPF-P impacts and recommendations
Validate user roles and access for each business process and develop role specific scenarios and acceptance criteria
Support team members in use case development, demo development, detailed functional and system requirements decomposition, and various other analysis, documentation or research tasks
Support the Agile Product Teams with implementation of reengineered processes
Collaborate with program teams to translate requirements into SAFe features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Collaborate with policy, audit readiness, and data governance teams to ensure future-state processes incorporate requirements for traceability, internal controls, and enterprise visibility
Requirements
Secret security clearance or US Citizen with ability to successfully pass Tier 1 investigation upon hire
Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation & Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical/Applied Sciences or management discipline such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management Information Technology
8+ years general experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, and Business Process Reengineering experience or in a related area
4+ year functional experience within USTRANSCOM Operations and DoD Transportation Systems
Experience with DoDAF process maps
Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group to include government and military personnel
Strong analytical, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and reporting
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
