About this role
Role Overview
Actively manage and support assigned veterinary practices and clinics
Independently execute all defined business-relevant activities in the territory in line with target group management/development and current meeting strategies
Provide scientific and technical consultation to veterinarians about our products and services with the goal of actively selling and implementing them at the customer site
Organize, conduct and follow up on continuing education events with veterinarians and other professional groups
Achieve agreed quantitative and qualitative targets for the territory/team
Regularly and independently analyze customers, the territory and the market
Manage orders in the ordering tool and promote the use of e‑commerce
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with customers
Strong negotiation and sales skills, plus presentation and moderation abilities
Goal-oriented, independent way of working
Successfully completed agricultural, veterinary or scientific training, or a comparable qualification
Experience in customer support—both on-site and digital—is an advantage
Willingness to undertake multi-day travel, including occasional weekends
English language skills are a plus
Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams, and experience with CRM systems
Driving licence class B or equivalent
