About this role
Role Overview
The Facility Administrator is essential to fostering a workplace where employees feel welcomed.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta office and providing broad HR and administrative support.
Order and pick up lunches for business meetings as needed.
Coordinate baby showers, birthday cupcakes, retirement parties, and other celebrations.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Team oriented, confidential, flexible, friendly, and self-motivated.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
Detail oriented, accurate and timely in production of requested material or assignments.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
