Role Overview
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial printing and coding equipment at customer manufacturing sites
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and implementing effective solutions
- Providing technical support and training to customers to optimize equipment performance
- Managing assigned customer accounts and identifying opportunities to increase value through service agreements or additional solutions
- Tracking and escalating technical issues according to established procedures to ensure timely resolution
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting regional and company performance goals
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent technical training (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) or relevant military/technical experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities, including standing, bending, and lifting, throughout the day
