Manages the overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery
Coordines coaching and prioritization assistance with Account Associates
Leverage knowledge in client services and insurance processing to assist team members
Assists Producers and Account Executives with Client service commitments
Ensures service standards are met, trends are identified
Functions as the day-to-day customer contact for troubleshooting issues
Manages the new business and renewal process
Accountable for client service delivery, including high client retention
Manages renewal marketing plan with Producers and Service Teams
Creates accurate proposals for Producers and Service Teams

Current Insurance License in Health & Life for the state in which your agency office is located
Ability to work toward professional designation
Must be comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills
Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma (college preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related field OR equivalent relevant experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience
