About this role
Role Overview
Managing front-office operations and providing clerical support for clinical programs.
Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of administrative, medical, billing, payroll, and personnel records.
Routing incoming calls and processing messages promptly.
Handling and distributing mail and deliveries; coordinating outgoing mail and maintaining logs.
Creating and managing correspondence, forms, policies, and reports.
Managing office and medical supplies and ensuring equipment is operational.
Assembling and maintaining clinical information and medical records.
Organizing patient and employee files according to company policy.
Completing billing processes and collaborating with Billing and Collections Coordinators for accuracy.
Assisting with payroll processing, including timesheet verification and check requests.
Preparing and maintaining various documents, logs, and purchase orders.
Supporting new hire processes and maintaining employee files.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
CNA License
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Experience with financial reporting/billing and ICD-10/CPT coding preferred.
Familiarity with third-party payors and pre-certification processes preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information and solve problems effectively.
