Serve as Senior Product Counsel for the Alternative Data team
Review new products and enhancements to products
Advise internal clients on legal issues
Maintain primary responsibility for drafting template agreements for new products or solutions
Negotiate partner and data provider agreements
Provide advice to stakeholders regarding changes in the law, contracts, or other legal issues
Responsible for keeping abreast of current legislative and regulatory developments
Assist other attorneys on various matters including those which present potential for litigation
Maintain complete confidentiality of company-related business

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school required
Active license to practice law in applicable state(s) of employment by position start date
Required knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
6+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
Ability to provide advice to senior level executives
Trusted partner to the Alternative Data team
Solid organizational, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience working within matrixed organizations
Experience advising clients with regard to and negotiating financial, data, and technology agreements in a regulated environment
Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to banking, lending, privacy, and data sharing
