Role Overview
- Prepare deliverables such as estimates for assigned projects of all sizes and complexity
- Review, interpret, and accurately estimate the scope of assigned work
- Develop and nurture sub-contractor, vendor, and client relationships
- Lead client accounts and manage contract administration at the project level
- Mentor associate-level cost and commercial managers
- Support senior management by providing needed reports and responding to inquiries
Requirements
- BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 5 to 8 years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation
- Strong research skills and ability to allocate relevant data
- Deep knowledge of continuous cost management
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Strong understanding of construction technology and cost management principles
