Role Overview
- Analyze Power BI and operational data to identify trends and gaps
- Support process improvement by documenting and communicating updated workflows
- Assist with internal project management and cross‑functional deliverables
- Participate in staff meetings to align on objectives and share progress updates
- Interact with leadership to build communication and professional presence
- Support feature rollout activities, status reporting, and Agile PI planning
- Apply FIS guiding principles to support a ‘Voice of the Customer’ mindset
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Project Plans to improve efficiency and speed to market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team

- Experience with Power BI
- Java or JavaScript programming
- Technical exposure to AI concepts or systems
