Ensures that all RFP content is compliant with corporate and regulatory guidelines
Provides quality control of work produced by junior RFP specialists
Advises on changes that impact the style, content, or production of RFPs
Responds to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Owns the RFP completion process at each stage
Advises sales professionals based on the content of the responses

Minimum five years related work experience, plus at least two years of proposals/RFP/RFI experience
Minimum two years of management experience
Undergraduate degree required, Graduate degree preferred
APMP certification
RFP knowledgebase software experience
Intellectual curiosity and high EQ
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence AI in RFPs
