Lead the development and execution of global tax planning strategies that support business transformation, growth initiatives, and evolving operating models
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on tax implications of key business decisions
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Development, and business leaders to embed tax considerations into strategic planning and execution
Support enterprise transformation initiatives to ensure tax efficiency and compliance
Provide tax leadership for expansion into new jurisdictions
Oversee global tax planning initiatives, including legal entity structures and cross-border transactions
Act as a key liaison with external advisors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in tax planning processes, analytical capabilities, and use of data and technology
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Master of Accountancy, Taxation emphasis strongly preferred
CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred
13+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or a combination of both
Proven experience supporting large-scale business transformation, growth initiatives, and complex transactions in a multinational environment
Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax principles, including transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, translate technical issues into business impact, and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
