Project Management Intern

Role Overview

• Gain hands-on experience facilitating the development of creative assets in a fast-paced agency environment
• Support the full project lifecycle by maintaining real-time accuracy in Workfront and managing MLR submission process
• Assist in routing creative materials for live and digital tactics
• Partner with Project Managers to maintain real-time accuracy within WorkFront timelines and project schedules
• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse brands
• Lead a project in Workfront to assist in the streamlined operations of the Project Management group

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
• Exceptional project planning skills with a "detail-first" mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana) or G-Suite/Microsoft 365 is a significant plus
