Role Overview
- Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of students
- Manages teaching and administrative staff
- Confers with teachers, students, and parents concerning educational and behavioral problems
- Ensures that the school is meeting the needs of students and complying with local, state, and federal laws
- Develops and oversees implementation of the school’s Academic Improvement Plan
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, education or related field of study
- Five (5) years of educational experience
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
- State License as a School Administrator
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
