About this role
Role Overview
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance goals
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development
Address team issues, attendance and concerns promptly and effectively
Oversee team training and onboarding
Monitor team performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Ensure timely and accurate processing of new enrollments and resolution of escalations
Conduct quality assurance audits
Analyze enrollment data to identify trends
Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
Requirements
High School Diploma
Three (3) years of call center experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain a professional home office environment
Ability to work in a high call volume environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet performance goals and deadlines
Ability to clear a background check
