Develop and implement innovative lifecycle strategies that support our strategic pillars and align with business target goals
Identify and scope new opportunities in segmentation, content, creative and beyond, to support the home-buying lifecycle
Develop and maintain audience segmentation frameworks and messaging strategies tailored to each buyer journey stage, leveraging data and insights to align message, timing, and channel
Build (some light coding required) and deploy responsive email campaigns and automations using SendGrid, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility
Work closely with the design team in Figma to develop visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines
Track and analyze campaign performance data; understand baseline, benchmarks and KPIs
Run a regular cadence of tests; recommend strategic improvements
Prep for and participate in cross-functional discussions with actionable insights
Proactively QA, test, and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup, segmentation, rendering, and deliverability
Manage UAT process with internal stakeholders and partner development teams, ensuring successful delivery and documentation updates
Ensure all emails comply with all relevant regulations while optimizing deliverability and minimizing bounce rates
Document relevant processes, ensuring consistency and quality execution
