About this role
Role Overview
Perform a variety of personal insurance policy processing functions
Provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
Respond immediately to incoming inquiries via phone
Discuss options and make recommendations for policy suggestions/changes
Achieve standards in up-selling/cross-selling
Collect and enter prospect information for quoting process
Participate in training to inform and recommend coverages
Assist the Processing team with nonpayment and renewal notices during downtime
Ensure quality control and accuracy of documentation
Transmit requests for policy changes to insurance partners
Requirements
High school diploma or its equivalent
Ability to organize multiple projects
Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
P&C License Preferred
