About this role

Execute pre-employment screening activities with accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance
Review and analyze screening findings and candidate statements to identify discrepancies, evaluate risks, and ensure data integrity
Maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates, internal and external stakeholders
Work independently while exercising sound judgment in identifying and resolving issues;
Escalate cases involving red flags or unique circumstances in accordance with established guidelines
Identify links, trends, gaps, and patterns in casework and provide insights to management
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying workflow enhancements and operational efficiencies

3–5 years of relevant experience in investigations, corporate risk, compliance, or pre‑employment screening
Strong comfort with technology, including emerging tools (AI, BOTs) and an understanding of system and data flows
Knowledge of investigative techniques, research methodologies, and risk‑assessment frameworks
Experience working with sensitive or confidential information in a regulated or high‑volume environment
Post‑secondary education and/or relevant business experience supporting analytical or compliance-focused work
French language proficiency is welcome
