Role Overview

• Execute the store operations playbook flawlessly.
• Achieve the store's defined objectives.
• Supervise all facets of the store's operations.
• Support overall company objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide store performance reports utilizing Key Performance Indicators.
• Identify local market opportunities and enhance business through localized marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain qualified candidates.
• Manage team performance and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Uphold customer treatment standards fostering satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of training by participating in company training initiatives.
• Oversee and promote the sale of company products and services.
• Manage incoming leads generated by the Business Development Center.
• Accurately forecast unit sales and gross profit levels.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to review GM Scorecard.
• Manage and maintain vehicle inventory in collaboration with Inventory team.
• Partner with Service Manager to oversee service operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales management is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and technical aptitude is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in SalesForce are preferred.
