Work closely with homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors to facilitate the options selection process
Creating and maintaining selection sheets
Monitoring deadlines
Communicating with all parties involved
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for each option
Create quotes for buyers accordingly
Assist in the management of the contract process
Ensure that all options and pricing are accurately reflected in the contract
Provide high-level customer service to homebuyers
Handle any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise throughout the options selection process
Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining files, processing payments, and creating reports

High School or equivalent
Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
Experience working in the construction industry
Be highly organized and possess strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using technology and have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
