About this role
Role Overview
Prospect for new clients to expand market share in the small customer segment.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effectively.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Creates and positions compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers.
Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry – Required
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – Required (regular interactions with clients outside Quebec – 50%)
Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office) and Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and market knowledge
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle | Class 5 License
Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Preferred
