Build and socialize a holistic enterprise security strategy, program roadmap, and operating model; author and maintain security operating manuals, playbooks, and SOPs that drive standardized, rapid incident response.
Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of physical security controls (access control, surveillance, visitor management, executive protection, GPS tracking, and guard operations) across corporate and satellite sites.
Develop and maintain crisis response plans; lead executive‑level incident management; coordinate cross‑functional response during events (e.g., threats to executives, workplace violence, natural disasters).
Establish and mature threat monitoring, intelligence fusion, and risk analysis capabilities; collaborate with internal/external intelligence partners to detect, assess, and respond to emerging threats.
Serve as a key partner to Cybersecurity, IT, BCP, and Enterprise Risk to align physical and logical controls, share intelligence, and ensure cohesive defense and recovery strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial‑industry regulations and internal policies related to executive safety, privacy, and facility operations; maintain documentation and audit readiness.
Lead and develop a global team of security professionals; set goals, establish performance metrics, mentor emerging leaders, and foster a culture of precision, accountability, and service.
Partner effectively with senior leadership to brief on risks and mitigation strategies; build strong relationships with Law Enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security providers.
Oversee security budgets, vendor performance, service levels, and technology lifecycle; drive value while elevating control effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Risk Management, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field (master’s preferred).
15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, threat management, law enforcement, military, or intelligence, with proven success leading global programs.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic threat intelligence, risk analysis, cyber security, and physical security operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills; executive‑presence with the ability to brief senior leaders.
Experience partnering with Law Enforcement, intelligence agencies, and private security providers.
