Lead end-to-end project management for small to large initiatives, up to and including Oracle JD Edwards ERP implementations, following Emerson PMO standards and IT project lifecycle methodologies
Drive project planning, scope definition, scheduling, dependency management, and execution across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Act as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery consistency
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with a strong focus on issue resolution, escalation management, and decision facilitation
Lead change management and communication efforts, recognizing the impact of system changes and ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed clearly and constructively
Facilitate project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and stage gate reviews
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through structured reviews, testing coordination, and adherence to PMO requirements
Coordinate work across multiple teams, locations, and suppliers, ensuring contract adherence and efficient use of resources
Use enterprise portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Azure Boards, MS Project) to track progress, health indicators, and resource utilization
Support global collaboration, including coordination with U.S.-based teams during overlapping business hours as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of IT or business-related experience, including 5+ years in a Project Manager or similar leadership role
Proven experience managing enterprise application or ERP projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality on complex, multi-team initiatives
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Strong customer relationship, influence, and conflict resolution skills
