Own day-to-day execution for GTM programs, including selling seasons, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives.
Own and maintain readiness tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Excel) for cross-functional tasks, dependencies, and deadlines.
Partner with Sales leaders, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to coordinate GTM input requirements and deliverables.
Drive consistent follow-up to ensure cross-functional commitments are met on time.
Draft and prepare GTM communications, sales updates, training materials, and recaps.
Coordinate the execution of enablement activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, and ensuring materials are complete and accessible.
Support planning and execution for major sales events and selling seasons, including national sales meetings and leadership-driven sales initiatives.
Coordinate session planning, presenter logistics, content readiness, and post-event follow-ups.
Support sales engagement programs by coordinating seller feedback loops, readiness insights, and post-program analysis.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in GTM operations related role, e.g. sales enablement, revenue operations, marketing operations, program coordination, or project management within a cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong track record of follow-through.
Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting internal updates, enablement materials, or project documentation.
Comfortable coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics across senior stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM, project management, and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools).
Adaptable and solution-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience experimenting with or applying AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, enhance content quality, or accelerate coordination and reporting.
