Role Overview
- Support presentation materials related to event planning and execution
- Weekly PR reporting in partnership with PR agency and internal teams
- Support the development of execution timelines and PR calendar management
- Draft & review communications related to PR activations inclusive of press releases, LinkedIn posts, etc.
- Product orders and PR closet management
Requirements
- Current junior/ senior undergraduate student studying marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role/ proven understanding of public relations
- Interest in beauty/ retail with an awareness of industry trends
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
Benefits
- This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.

- Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
