Manage end-to-end event logistics for sponsored events, partner events, and SimScale-hosted activities (booths, workshops, networking events).
Coordinate with event organizers, booth vendors, shipping partners, AV crews, and design teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints — booth design, signage, collateral, demos, presentations.
Work closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to ensure pre-event promotion, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up are aligned.
Maintain and iterate the event playbook for repeatable, high-quality execution.
Partner with Demand Gen on pre-event promos: email, social, paid media.
Requirements
4+ years in event marketing or event operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or similar technical sectors.
Experience executing events in both Europe and North America (preferred)
A proven ability to manage logistics and creative brand presence end-to-end.
Strong cross-functional skills — able to work across marketing functions and with leadership
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, project-management platforms, and event tech.
Proactive, structured, calm under pressure, and excellent at communication.
