Role Overview
Specializing in the end-to-end lifecycle of business partnerships.
Manages both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management.
Identifying high-quality professionals through a rigorous selection process.
Ensures successful integration of new partners into the platform.
Monitors the health of active accounts within the Success Team framework.
Addresses partner needs before they escalate into friction points.
Identifying and resolving obstacles for inactive accounts to bring qualified professionals back into the active network.
Requirements
1+ year outbound sales or tele-sales experience, preferably remote.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfortable with CRM and remote collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ZenDesk).
