Perform validation tests on electric propulsion systems such as electric motors, inverters, battery chargers and vehicle controllers.
Prepare test bench setups including fixtures, installation of the equipment under test, and installation of instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and torque meters.
Execute tests according to the test plan.
Write test reports to document the results.
Identify and develop technical solutions when issues are encountered during testing.
Keep technical documentation up to date.
Maintain 5S housekeeping on the test bench.
Requirements
AEC in Electric Vehicle technology or a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Electrical and/or Electronics.
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an electronics technician or machine operator.
Essential: familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, accelerometers, etc.
Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
Proactive, committed and solution-oriented.
Team player.
Functional English to communicate with our colleagues in the United States.
