Set proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process, keeping them on target and within the expected timeframe
Work closely with other departments (Fulfillment, Domains, Copywriting and Front End Devs) to accomplish tasks related to building or launching websites
Requirements
Prior Customer Service or Support experience
Time Management
Professional oral and written communication skills
Highly organized
Self driven
An eye for design
Project management experience is preferred
CRM experience is a plus
