Build and nurture a high-performing team by actively coaching, mentoring, and providing necessary training to team members.
Oversee and support the contract team by monitoring workload distribution, ensuring timely handling of requests.
Manage pricing operations and integrity, ensuring accurate ERP pricing, contract alignment, and audit readiness.
Develop and implement standard procedures, work instructions, and policies, while also assisting with internal and external audits.
Develop deep knowledge and understanding of Stryker product portfolio and competitor landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field required
8+ years of experience in contracts, pricing, commercial operations or related experience
3+ years of people leadership experience
Bilingual (French & English) is preferred
Masters degree preferred
