Decision Support Lead Analyst

Role Overview

• Provide stewardship and expertise for all financial aspects of performance across the Large Law organization.
• Advise and influence key management decisions.
• Support investments in technology, acquisitions or product roll outs.
• Provide timely, actionable financial recommendations.
• Advise on business planning assumptions and trade-offs.
• Identify areas of financial performance that merit analytical investigation.
• Develop excellent relations with the Large Law Leadership Team and Business Partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a financial role (essential)
• Financial Degree or Diploma, MBA or advanced business degree
• Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Experience of achieving results in an international environment
• Knowledge of financial technical accounting standards
• Robust knowledge of financial processes and metrics
• System knowledge: Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (intermediate) Hyperion, PeopleSoft (or equivalent systems)
• Ideally experience in LexisNexis /Industry comparator.
