Drive the overall organic social media strategy through planning, execution, and performance reporting in partnership with Corporate Marketing team
Draft, create and cultivate high-quality organic social media content in partnership with the 10x content and design teams; Drive 10x brand awareness and thought leadership
Schedule posts using social media management tool (Sprout Social) and directly on native platforms (LI, FB, X, Bluesky, YouTube)
Perform daily monitoring and crisis listening reports through Sprout Social
Giveaway management: engage with users, manage social giveaway entries, and coordinate prize fulfillment
Engage with social media users to invigorate and activate interest in 10x solutions, publications, etc.
Requirements
3–5 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic social media
Proven experience managing organic social strategies and audiences
Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Bluesky, and YouTube Business Manager
Strong data analysis skills; ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
Familiarity with campaign tracking, UTMs, and reporting best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social; Familiarity with Tableau, Marketo
Experience in social listening and crisis monitoring
