Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Autosys, CA Automic (UC4), Control-M, or Stonebranch
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow for ITSM processes
- Prior experience working with Unix/AIX/Wintel systems, IBM utilities, and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell and Ansible) for automation tasks
