Analyze complex people data and deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic talent decisions across multiple business units.
Work independently to determine the best analytical approach for each project, while collaborating closely with People Analytics Consultants.
Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a compelling, accessible way.
Support projects related to organizational health, hiring and retention, workforce planning, employee experience, and more.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of People Analytics solutions by sharing feedback and ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work that drives the greatest impact for the business.
Requirements
3+ years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in inferential statistics (e.g., correlation, regression) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, or Python.
Solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, employee listening, etc.).
Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to business leaders.
Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, IO Psychology) and/or a degree in HR is a plus.
