About this role
Role Overview
Prospect, negotiate, and successfully onboard new employer clients and benefit brokers.
Educate brokers and their clients regarding Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions value propositions.
Take a consultative approach with brokers, assessing their needs and tailoring program design.
Stay informed of industry trends and interface with Employee Benefits team, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
At least 5-7 years’ business development experience working with benefit brokers, agents, and consultants.
Exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and confidence to present to C-level executives.
Ability to work collaboratively with different internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.
