Partner internally to find the answer to the customers billing questions

Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 or more years of experience in the Account Management area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Account Management area
Billing experience
Robust experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Experience with CRM software like Salesforce
