The role of Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert involves assisting customers with their tax software, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with their questions related to TurboTax products and tax software
- Providing guidance on downloading and installing the software, logging in, importing documents, printing, filing, and addressing basic tax-related inquiries
- Listening attentively to customer concerns, diagnosing issues, and offering clear, step-by-step solutions to ensure a seamless user experience
- During live calls, being supported by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will offer guidance and expertise
- Maintaining high levels of professionalism, patience, and empathy, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive
- Participating in ongoing training sessions and performance evaluations to continually enhance skills and knowledge
- Meeting weekly performance and schedule goals, as bonuses and incentives are performance-based
- Supporting the company's commitment to excellence by providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to all TurboTax users
