Role Overview
- Analyze and recommend technical solutions for complex projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
- Ensure project delivery teams have clear expectations of reporting deliverables
- Support data processing activities to maintain effective solutions
- Participate in data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Train others on the use of automated reports
Requirements
- 4+ years in business intelligence and/or business analysis experience
- 3+ years of Business Intelligence Metrics & Reporting experience using Power BI
- 3+ years of property & casualty claims insurance experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL – required for query, profiling and testing
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access
- Experience with Data Warehousing/Data Marts
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field
