Senior Client Accountant

Role Overview

• Provide oversight and direction regarding primary accounting and financial support
• Maintain and update financial records using databases and spreadsheets
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with internal controls
• Research and analyze using data management tools
• Prepare and assist with cash management, AP and AR, accruals and reconciliations
• Communicate complex accounting issues and escalate appropriately
• Ensure compliance and assist with internal and external audits

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Requires three to five years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred
• Strong Excel and data analytic skills required
