Role Overview
- Serve as first point of contact for submitted technical support issues
- Triage issues including basic hardware, software, access, and connectivity problems
- Resolve or route and escalate issues to the appropriate teams with follow up
- Deliver courteous, professional, and timely customer service to all users
- Accurately document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Communicate clearly with users on issue status, expectations, and next steps
- Complete documentation and other support-related tasks as directed by manager
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or planning advanced education in IT
- Basic user knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and related applications
