Support the integration of new tools/technologies into the sales and marketing tech stack.
Build and maintain meaningful, recurring standard reports and dashboards in an efficient and user-friendly manner.
General oversight of data hygiene and accuracy across platforms.
Proactively identify and pursue system enhancements across Salesforce, Account Engagement, Gong, CPQ and related platforms.
Manage support requests for operational and user experience enhancements within Salesforce and related platforms.
Collaborate with global sales and marketing stakeholders on CRM requirements and best practices.
Document, communicate, and train on operational CRM processes.
De-dupe Salesforce data tables (Lead, Contact, Account, etc.).
Identify challenges that require Salesforce workflows and work with developers to deliver solutions.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in a sales enablement/operations role.
1-2 years of Salesforce experience.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google Drive suite of tools.
Undergraduate college degree.
Proactive, extremely organized, and self-starting.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Master of time management.
Genuine interest in unlocking new insights with data analysis.
Genuine interest in working with a small, close-knit team.
