Responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance.
Support borrowers and Carrier/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance.
De-escalate calls and process complaints and handle disbursement of premiums.
Cross trains to assist with borrower follow ups.
Assists answering questions in the help desk.
Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines.
Updates records and note system as required.
Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries.
Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
