Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, plays a vital role in making the various stages of the water treatment process more effective and efficient. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering proactive, customer-focused support, managing quotations, order processing, and ensuring timely completion of field service activities.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers across the EMEA region, supporting both routine and complex customer interactions
- Preparing accurate quotations from parts lists and managing customer orders and opportunities using Trojan Technologies systems, ensuring customer and business requirements are met
- Supporting Sales and Project Managers by managing order entry, purchase orders, invoicing support, and follow‑up activities
- Monitoring and supporting on‑time delivery (OTD) by coordinating internally to ensure products and services reach customers as required
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience is desirable
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; Italian language skills are a strong advantage but not essential
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required (no visa sponsorship available)
- Previous experience working with quotations, order processing, or customer support within a technical, industrial, or service‑based environment is preferred
