Receive assignments and instructions from manager – both oral and written.
Read, understand, and follow guidelines set forth by Company procedures, and blueprints when performing assigned work.
Lead other Field Service team members.
Holding team accountable to project schedule execution.
Ability to deliver key messages & communicate effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical complex issues.
Basic/Advanced/Expert knowledge/troubleshooting experience of electrical testing/theory.
Basic/Advanced/Expert knowledge/troubleshooting experience of controls.
Basic/Advanced/Expert knowledge/troubleshooting experience of oil processing.
Understand and interpret blueprints.
Compose Field Reports (Daily Activity reports, etc.) and any other job site, customer specific reports to management/customer in a timely manner.
Manage equipment maintenance on each job site.
Manage job site safety.
Conduct pre-job/post-job walks.
Assist Service Work Planner with following on-site project management: budget, scope of work, schedule, manpower, task prioritization and multi-tasking.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Advanced post-high school level education in lieu of 3 years of industry specific work experience
