Lead and create quality cohort-based training solutions that focus on the development, enablement and delivery of newer agent start-up promotions and training designed to implement the formulation and execution of key business initiatives.
Consult, collaborate, and educate on agency business processes, activities, operations and skills to onboard and grow the agency.
Partner with other stakeholders and infuse overall best practices for specific nuanced situations and regular agency matters to optimize results.
Report to the Senior Manager, Agent Implementation.
Develop and lead cohort-based training facilitation solutions to meet the business needs.
Provide recommendations and insights.
Support sales and business planning.
Knowledge transfer and mentoring.
Synthesize and communicate performance insights.
Analyze data and performance.
Oversee continuous improvement programs.
Deliver technical expertise.
Design and deliver diagnostic processes.
Identify opportunities using data and tools.
Consult on effective selling practices.
Facilitate joint sales efforts.
Liaise between agencies and corporate.
Complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support and processes.
Demonstrated experience in business implementation strategy.
Demonstrated experience communicating complex, technical information to relevant parties.
Demonstrated experience in process development.
High level of collaboration and influencing skills to develop effective partnerships with agents as well as cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Solid knowledge and understanding of project management standards, methodologies, concepts, and tools.
Solid knowledge and understanding of agent language.
Solid knowledge and experience working with digital, AI, automation and other platforms.
Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Life insurance producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.
