About this role
Role Overview
Manage active Google Ads accounts across roughly 4–5 client sites with combined spend of around £7k/month.
Set up and optimise search and display campaigns (keywords, match types, negatives, bidding, ad extensions, etc.).
Maintain conversion tracking and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Manage budgets and pacing, monitor wasted spend, and report key metrics with clear recommendations.
Run and optimise small-scale Meta campaigns for the company internally.
Focus on lead generation — ensure steady CPL performance and lead quality.
Manage creative rotations and surface new test ideas to the internal team.
Provide concise weekly or bi-weekly updates via Slack or email, summarising what’s running, what’s working, and what’s next.
Communicate clearly with founder for strategic decisions — budget allocation, scaling opportunities, and campaign changes.
Be prepared to join client calls or handle direct client communication where needed
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
Proven ability to manage multiple small-to-medium accounts with disciplined structure and pacing.
Confident in tracking setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate conversion data.
Detail-oriented and self-sufficient — can plan, execute, and report with minimal oversight.
Comfortable communicating directly with founders or account managers in a small agency setup.
