Answering potential clients’ inbound applications via different communication channels (phone calls, registrations, e-mail, chat)
Outbound calls to potential clients from targeted segments and businesses aimed to attract them and arrange a meeting with our Sales Executives
Presenting our company and product line to potential clients, identifying their business needs, forming interest and willingness to continue their dialogue with us
Keeping in touch with potential clients, providing additional information regarding our company and products
Identifying key decision makers and gathering information about them
Registering contacts’ important occasions and congratulating them
Inviting clients to events and contacting them to update their status after these events
Requirements
Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business
Excellent phone, email, and social media communication skills
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic
Familiarity with the SaaS industry landscape, especially CRM and Low/No-Code solutions
Experience with tools for outbound campaign building – Apollo.io, Expandi, Salesloft, Reply, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
Familiarity working with B2B clients/partners is preferred
