About this role
Role Overview
Operate as both an enterprise seller and vertical leader
Rapidly penetrate named and whitespace ICT / IEE accounts using your existing network
Originate, structure, and close high-value manufacturing programs
Compress sales cycles through strong qualification, executive access, and decisive deal leadership
Partner closely with engineering, operations, and site leadership to win and scale programs
Shape pricing strategy, deal structure, and customer engagement within guardrails
Build executive-level relationships that lead to multi-program, multi-year growth
Represent Fathom externally as a strategic manufacturing partner—not just a vendor
Requirements
A proven hunter / rainmaker with enterprise credibility
Deep background in contract manufacturing (or adjacent OEM/EMS environments)
Well-connected across ICT, electrification, energy, or adjacent hardware ecosystems
Comfortable owning ambiguity, setting strategy, and moving fast
Equally effective in the boardroom and on the factory floor
Motivated by impact, autonomy, and building something meaningful at scale.
