Work collaboratively with clients and provide technical solutions to clients on their eCommerce stores
Leads and manages new and or existing business, requiring an eCommerce store
Gathers business requirements, writes project scope and related documentation
Understand and clearly provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
Manages project timelines, dependencies, and ensures projects launch on time and to specification
Supports platform configuration, setup, and testing
Reduce technical rework and manage client expectations
Maintain base knowledge of common eProcurement Integration processes, Google Analytics, and content management systems
Creates user stories with process and data flows while working with cross functional teams through execution and operational support
Develop roadmaps for an eCommerce store and understand the integration into larger strategy.
Requirements
2+ years' experience working with eCommerce solutions, project management, client success, or related experience
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form
Experience in a client-facing role required
Understands and can align technology or enhancement to business processes
General knowledge of eCommerce solutions, practices, and back-office ERP integration
Thinks systemically with the ability to balance future roadmap strategy with current tactical execution
Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as APIs, data transfer, scalability, SSO, and procurement integration
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
