Assist in the management of the program to meet requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Docs and Contract
Support Program Managers and Account Executives with special client requests, events, and orders
Own, or coordinate with shared services teams, assignments and follow through of tasks: Engaging the Copy Writer, Web tickets, Customer Master docs completion and submission to AR, Creating web templates, Running and formatting standard reports, Basic proofing/reviewing of online store, Pricing checks for ERP match on online store
Working with Merchandising Team to track inventory availability for new launch or refresh
Create DOI specifics for review by Program Account Manager, and basic DOI testing
Assist with customer service if needed
Assist Program Manager with preparing content for internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
